MANUFACTURE
We perform electrical, hydraulic, general assembly and testing of various equipment. We have suitable electrical power and
are in the process of building
the hydrostatic and hydraulic test  units which will be used  for production, maintenance and training.

MANUFACTURE
We use both TIG and MIG welding processes for the fabrication of the ROV Frames and other designs. In the photo are the CLV600, CLV120 and the CLV60 frames which are made in stainless steel for long term serviceability and also long term reparability. They can all be repaired offshore as required.

MANUFACTURE
We use small sized lathe and milling machines. These will soon be fitted with CNC packages to allow for
fast, accurate and repetitive parts manufacture. We also send out more complex parts to be made
on large 'state of the art' CNC machining centers at our trusted contractors facilities.
